Opacka Street

In collaboration with the reputable Gdańsk developer Invest Komfort and the architectural firm Roark Studio, we have created a series of visualizations for a small-scale housing community in Oliwa. The "Opacka" project encompasses a cluster of residential buildings nestled within a newly established, picturesque park, with a central pond serving as its focal point. A significant portion of our work involved meticulously recreating the existing foliage, newly planted greenery, and the pond's surface. These elements collectively contribute to an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. Equally important are the materials utilized in the project. We placed special emphasis on subtly highlighting the textures of natural stone and copper elements incorporated into the facades. The investment's prestige is further accentuated by the gentle lighting that harmonizes with the clean lines of the designed buildings.
