We collaborated with the architectural firm "Roark Studio" to create developer visualizations for a residential investment in Gdynia. The intimate multi-story building with its simple architectural form was illustrated to showcase its prestigious character. The subtle, softly blue evening illumination contrasts with warm interior lighting accents. An important element we employed in crafting these architectural visualizations is the direct adjacency to the forest. The greenery aided us in constructing a mildly enchanting and mysterious quality within the visualizations. It also allowed us to introduce distinct foregrounds in the presented visuals, bringing out their depth and enabling framing through the use of surrounding trees. By incorporating the lush natural surroundings into our visualizations, we aimed to evoke a sense of serenity and harmony with nature. The interplay between the contemporary design of the building and the tranquil forest setting adds a unique charm to the visualization, inviting viewers to imagine the harmonious coexistence of modern living and the beauty of the natural world. This seamless integration of architecture and environment not only emphasizes the architectural aesthetics but also captures the potential lifestyle experiences that the development could offer to its future residents. The interplay of light and shadow, as well as the carefully selected vantage points, accentuate the building's design features and create an atmosphere that speaks to both comfort and sophistication.
