Krakowska Vita

We created architectural visualizations for the "Krakowska Vita" apartment complex in Warsaw, commissioned by the developer "Develia." The project was designed by the Warsaw-based architectural firm "Wadeco." The architectural visualizations of this large-scale and architecturally simple structure required us to seamlessly integrate it into the urban context while authentically portraying its functionality. With the commercial nature of these developer visualizations in mind, we focused on their sales-oriented presentation. Over the course of many years collaborating with developers and architects, we've honed a visually appealing, cheerful style for our visualizations, which is well-received. Our rendered visualizations showcase all the essential features of the development, such as green spaces and the layout of commercial units. One significant challenge was creating an aerial view visualization. Since the photographs were taken during the winter season, we had to make extensive modifications to the original images. Ultimately, we succeeded in achieving a realistic effect of a sunny summer day. The collection of architectural visualizations for "Krakowska Vita" significantly aids in the sale of the apartments, as they are utilized on the developer's website and in printed materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and billboards.
